For Business Leaders...

You've been given the wrong playbook.

Most leaders see the world backwards, building businesses based on what they have, rather than what should be built.  Flip the script—build something worth owning and start attracting the fuel your business needs.

BUILD SOMETHING WORTH OWNING

For Future Business Leaders...

You don’t need a title. You don’t need a budget. You need a new lens.

Lead from wherever you are—and start attracting the resources to you—rather than chasing them. Waiting your turn is of zero value to you or anyone around you. So stop doing that.

UNLEARN THE NONSENSE

Sometimes it just  takes fuel...

At my core, I'm an investor...

At my core, I'm an investor (and so are most of my friends) and the more time I spend with kick-ass leaders, the better chance I have of finding great investment opportunities.

Why I Built WithFuel

I’ve been a CEO more than a dozen times—usually under duress. I’m a horrible operator, but I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with hundreds of great ones from around the world.

I’ve done deals on six continents, across 100 countries, and in 30 currencies, and learned business the only way that sticks: by getting both punched in the face and invited to the table—often on the same day.

Somehow, I did end up with one superpower: the ability to help business leaders see their business from a fresh perspective, and to build businesses worth building.  I even wrote a book about it—Unconstrained—but the real magic comes from the people I’ve learned from globally and who I still work with today.

It’s fun. It’s global. And occasionally, it even makes money.
